TSM believes in a transparent and collaborative hiring process. We offer clients a complete picture of all applicants, our process, and the density of our outreach for the position. We can step in and handle all administrative aspects or only the most useful for your team. While we may make recommendations, we recognize this is your job search and will follow your lead for access to information and final decisions on all candidates at each stage.

TSM uses an equity framework in all job searches. To us, this means applying the framework to the creation of the job description, recruitment strategies, screening process, and interview process. Additionally, we insist that all our searches offer transparency in listing hiring ranges for the position, as this is a research-based best practice to appeal to diverse candidates.
