Desired Profile

We are looking for a candidate to support our Consultants and Senior Consultants through client management and customer service, project management, and writing. This position will work closely with the team on strategy projects and directly with clients. This is an entry-level consulting position well suited for someone interested in learning consulting because of a personal passion around change. Essential: values driven, equity focused, excited by change, excellent project management skills, a get your hands dirty and get it done mentality. Additional skill sets/experience might include:  change management, government/nonprofit/corporate focus, DEI, Human Resources, brand strategy, data analysis, nonprofit management.

Experience and Educational Profile

College Degree and/or unique lived/employment experience that will help you service up to 10 clients at a time. We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Our Systems

It would be helpful to know you have experience working with the following applications or something similar: Zoom, IOS, Asana, Hubspot, Survey Monkey, Acuity, Canva.

This Position

We are hiring at a salary range of $55,000 – 65,000 for a full-time position. We have employer paid health insurance for employees. We offer a 401K plan and annual budget for professional development. Our hybrid office policy allows for two days home a week. We have a liberal leave policy, participatory decision making, and an atmosphere that is constantly working towards creativity – so we ideate and change a lot. This position is based in Richmond, Virginia and is full time.
