Hiring is at an all-time high in our “post” pandemic world, learn how to be competitive in your hiring process to ensure that you source the best candidates for your important work.

Did you know the difference between a superstar employee and an average employee is 500% productivity? Yes, it's really true. Who you hire matters, and it's something that most nonprofits try to move through too quickly. In this class learn how to do the front work of hiring so that you hire a superstar from the beginning.

Objectives

• Participants will leave the class with an overview of the full hiring process— job description, outreach and recruiting, interviewing and hiring

• Real world examples will be provided of lessons learned and tools that will help your nonprofit, as well as common pitfalls

• Equity-based hiring will be foundational to all aspects of the class, with a special focus on onboarding and organizational culture.
