As an anti-racist organization, we lead with our values, key beliefs, and internal equity commitments. We strive to foster openness toward disrupting inequitable behaviors and structures and a desire to continually improve. We steadfastly believe that belonging can only be achieved if we believe that the IDEA  journey is life-long. 

We seek clients who share our values and have an interest in real dialogue on these issues. TSM insists that all projects we are involved in are delivered using an equity framework. Thus, we are committed to ensuring that IDEA issues show up meaningfully throughout our work. Therefore, we proceed on projects with the following commitments in mind: 

  • We commit to actively seeking and celebrating diverse perspectives, challenging internal biases to prioritize curiosity over the need to be “right,” and intentionally creating space to reflect and acknowledge how we are connected.

  • We commit to collaboration— effectively working together on timelines, fostering innovation with pauses, and approaching scheduling and decisions intentionally.

  • We commit to embracing points of disagreement as a catalyst for growth, understanding, and deeper connection.  

  • We commit to naming harmful practices and structures and providing pathways for client exploration.

Through these commitments, we desire to make change possible.
