We designed a process to allow an annual cohort to go through
strategic planning guided by a team of facilitators to create robust 3-year plans to help scale the work of nonprofits. A blend of personalized attention and cohort support - the planning process is designed with small to medium-sized nonprofits in mind.
This is limited to organizations in the services area of The Community Foundation of the Rappahannock River Region.
