Does every project in your organization feel like reinventing the wheel? When you hear "project management" do you break out into a cold sweat? This class is for you. Come learn manageable process and tools to manage projects on a nonprofit budget.

Goal:

Class participants will strengthen their capacity for project management through the opportunity to learn and apply project management principles and tools to a current project that they bring with them.


Class Objectives:

- Provide a foundation in project management principles within a nonprofit context

- Give participants space to apply the principles to a current project within their organization

- Fortify participants’ understanding and practices for reporting metrics and outcomes

- Offer exposure to a variety of tools that can facilitate project management (appropriate for nonprofit organizations)

- Offer real-time feedback on crafting project management and reporting plans
