Today, I wrote our current clients to let them know how we will be approaching COVID-19. Following suit of major industries we are moving to telework options after Monday and will be working with clients to manage around those realities and continue to help people make change possible.

Does this mean the work stops?

Absolutely not! We facilitate conversations and change for a living so we are preparing a tool bank of individual and company tools to walk through this journey with you. Next week we will be publishing some industry specific guidance for businesses and nonprofits - because customers are different than program beneficiaries. Because the work of a mission oriented human service organization may not be able to stop and because businesses employ lots of humans - there are of course many different pathways for people to consider. We don’t claim to have the answers but we will help you think through them.
