Your Steps
1. Assess your situation. What does your plan look like? New, old, outdated?
2. Make a power and relationship map for your organization. Who makes decisions, where can you align yourself?
3. Think creatively about how you can involve donors in your plan process or your plan implementation.
4.Make your plan beautiful and sell it to your donors.
