Join the Leading Conscious Culture Cohort: A New Way to Lead

Leadership isn’t just about guiding others; it’s about showing up with awareness and intention every day. That’s why we’re launching Leading Conscious Culture, a six-month cohort designed for managers, directors, and leaders who are ready to transform the way they lead by first transforming themselves.

In the Leading Conscious Culture cohort, we’ll meet monthly to dive deep into the essentials of conscious leadership. This community of practice will explore and practice principles and tools that will enhance your leadership and shift the culture of your teams.

What You’ll Get Out of the Cohort

Conscious leaders are those who understand not only what is happening around them but also what is happening within them. They’re aware of the energy they bring, the openness or defensiveness they carry, and how their reactions shape the environment for everyone around them. Leading a conscious culture means cultivating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued—and where creativity and collaboration thrive.

Here’s what we’ll be working on over six months:

  • Managing Your Energy – What kind of energy are you bringing into the room? We’ll work on recognizing when you’re in a productive headspace and when you’re not, so you can be intentional about how you engage with your team.

  • Being Open (or Closed) – Are you open to new ideas, or stuck in a mindset of “being right”? Conscious leaders know when they’re open to possibilities and when they’re shutting down. We’ll explore how this awareness can shift your leadership.

  • Choosing Your Responses – Conscious leadership is about choosing how you respond rather than reacting. We’ll practice slowing down and finding calm, so you can respond in ways that keep drama, blame, and defensiveness out of the workplace.

  • Listening to Self and Others – Listening deeply is the foundation of understanding and trust. We’ll work on listening in a way that helps people feel truly heard and valued, both within yourself and in your relationships with others.

  • Creating Safe Spaces – The best ideas come from teams that feel safe to speak up. Learn how to cultivate spaces where open, creative dialogue can happen—spaces where your team can bring their best.

  • Communicating Clearly – Communication isn’t just about talking; it’s about clarity, curiosity, and connection. We’ll dive into tools for honest, transparent communication that builds trust and clarity.

  • Prioritizing Curiosity – Instead of needing to be “right,” conscious leaders lead with curiosity. By letting go of certainty, we open ourselves up to new insights, deeper relationships, and innovative solutions.
