Priming the Pump - Our Equity Journey Continues

Every great story begins with a spark of inspiration. For us, it was a realization that TSM needed more than just a traditional approach to our work regarding equity. Even with equity at the center of our work, we recognized an opportunity to strengthen our commitment. As consultants, we are in the business of solving complex problems, and what better way to do so than by fostering an environment where diversity thrives?

 Enter the concept of an 'equity prime'—a multifaceted tool designed not just to meet client needs but to do so in a way that honors and reflects the rich tapestry of perspectives within our team. We didn’t invent this concept; we were inspired by Race Forward - a fabulous organization we all seek training from as we start our journey at TSM.

 How do we do that? Think of an equity prime as the compass guiding our strategic decisions. It's not just a set of principles but a constant presence that infuses every aspect of our work. At its core, it's a commitment to fairness, inclusivity, and acknowledging the unique strengths of each team member and a call to engage all the voices of a community.
