Gratitude for You on Our 10th Anniversary

In April, TSM turned double digits. We talked about this upcoming birthday in December at our staff retreat and explored what to do to celebrate it. At the end of the day we elected not to do a party or an event - but to reflect on what we have learned during our time as a trusted guide and to simply say "thank you." It's an incredible moment for us to reflect on the journey we have embarked on with you by our side. We are immensely grateful for our clients, partners, and friends.

When I first set out on this adventure in 2013, my aim was to catalyze positive change and empower organizations, companies, and individuals to achieve their missions and desired or necessary change. As the team grew, the focus stayed the same - our goal was and is to provide tailored solutions to the complex challenges faced by our clients. One of the defining aspects of our work has been our commitment to collaboration. We firmly believe that real change happens when diverse voices unite, share their perspectives, and co-create innovative solutions.

Over the years, we have had the privilege of working with hundreds of inspiring organizations, people, and companies - each driven by a unique mission to make the world a better place. From grassroots initiatives to established nonprofits, our clients have spanned a wide range of sectors, including higher education, human services, government, small business, healthcare, environment, and social justice. It has been an honor to partner with these changemakers, helping them build capacity, develop effective strategies, and create sustainable impact.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support and trust of our clients, partners, and friends. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every one of you for being a part of our journey. Your trust, collaboration, and commitment to making a difference make it all work. We are excited to continue working together, exploring new possibilities, and making change possible.
