Hi! I’m Layla Thakkar, The Spark Mill’s newest Assistant Consultant!
With an MSW from VCU, I thrive on exploring the nuances of complex social issues and turning them into opportunities for growth. As a dedicated and energized learner, I bring curiosity and depth to every project I take on, and I approach my work with a unique balance of empathy and strategy, weaving people-centered advocacy into systems-level solutions.
Here are 20 things about me:
I have lived in Richmond my whole life!
